We are looking for an ambitious Finance Manager to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks, to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances.

You will be part of a dynamic and young team of working professionals. Preparing financial statements and reporting are a large part of the junior accountant’s day-to-day work. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
  • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
  • Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
  • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
  • Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
  • Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
  • Assist with other accounting projects

Requirements

  • Experience of 0-3 years in finance sector
  • Excellent organizing abilities
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
  • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software.
  • Qualifications (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) is a plus but not required.
  • BSc/BA/BBA/BBE ,accounting, finance or relevant field.

Dimension & Scope: Human Resource Manager role includes and is not limited to:

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Coordinate and manage the payroll process for the organisation
  • The Payroll Manager is required to check and audit all payrolls to ensure legislative and awards compliance (tax compliance, superannuation etc.) is adhered.
  • The Payroll Manager will ensure that any company benefit programmes ie medical care, pensions, bonuses etc are managed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage systems and suggests changes/upgrades as and when required.
  • The Payroll Manager will also be required to submit management reports, liaise with HR staff regarding new appointments, terminations and other relevant matters.

    • Help in Set-up and trainings of Gramin Health Care Centres
    • Train and develop sales team
  • Meet with the doctors for promotions of our services in clinics and hospitals.
  • Research and develop the market.
  • Make presentation to the hospitals/ doctors to empanel them
  • Meet Doctors and hospitals to inform them about the status of our services.
  • Create focus groups in the assigned territory. Focus group of Sarpanch and doctors

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Knowledge of local area and language
  • Experience into Field operations and Sales / Lead Generation.
  • Experience in selling into Indian markets
  • Good phone and email communication skills.
  • Ability to talk to Managers, Doctors and CXO level executives.
  • Self-Motivated, Quick Learner with interest in technology solution sales.

  • Order, execute tests, analyses diagnostic images to provide information on patients condition.

  • Administers or prescribes treatments and drugs. Inoculates and vaccinates patients to immunize patients from communicable diseases.
  • Advise patients on lifestyles changes in diet, hygiene, a nd also on methods for prevention of disease.
  • Market Research that would keep abreast of the developments in his/ her professional field
  • Creating health tips in easy to understand language for creating health awareness in the underserved markets
  • Travel occasionally to remote locations with the team to conduct Health camps
  • Would be responsible for the renewal of his/ her membership with registration board of the respective Professional regulatory body.
